Valuation Services for Buyers

We offer a full range of services for buyers.  To learn more about the other services offered, click on the Buyer tab above.

We offer two levels of valuations for buyers.  However, these services are not available for businesses that we have listed because it creates a conflict of interest.

Both reports are designed to provide a value of what the business is worth to YOU.  It considers your specific salary requirement, down payment available, and return on investment expected.    The reports provide you information to help you make an offer that meets YOUR needs.

Below are the two reports available.

  1. Quick - This three page valuation report highlighting the price as listed and suggests pricing and terms that meet your financial requirements.  It uses basic information provided for most listings and does not require the use of detail financials.  The price of this report is $299.  See Sample..

Full - This 8 page valuation report provides all the information in the Quick report but plus additional information on discretionary cash flow, business listings comps and risk analysis.  This report requires that you have three years of financial information to complete.  The cost of this report is $499.  See Sample..
