However, in most cases business owners take advantage of our free service called our Market Value Analysis (MVA).  This report is designed for businesses with between $500,000 and $10,000,000 in revenue.

The MVA is comprehensive report designed to provide you real guidance on pricing your business. 

This comprehensive 9 page report provides pricing guidelines based on the current market, bank financing, industry standards and a risk analysis.  It determines pricing based on each method and then summarizes the information so that you can see how the business would be priced under each scenario.  Again, this is a free service.

To begin the process, give us a call and we will schedule a time to meet with you.  In addition to talking with you about your business we will need copies of tax returns for the last three years and some YTD financial information for the current year.

The valuation can usually be completed in about 3 business days.

Once we complete the valuation, we will meet with you and go through the valuation thoroughly and answer any of your questions.
