Recently Closed:
Charlotte Business Brokers is proud to announce the recent closing of a large Commercial Heating Service Company in the Charlotte Metro Area.  The transaction included the business and the real estate owned by the business.   

One of the previous owner's is staying on board to help guide the new owners in understanding the industry and help the new buyers develop relationships with current clients and vendors.

The other two owners have reached their goal and are retiring.
