We are seeing heightened activity from both sellers and buyers. 

Sellers were very quite for the last 3 months, but many are starting to move forward with plans to sell their business.  In most cases, these sellers have been waiting to see the market start to swing back.  We believe this is happening.  Smart sellers are getting out their quick while there are still a lot of buyers looking.

Buyers are plentiful.  We are getting good activity from interested buyers.  Many of these buyers are first time buyers who are looking for some guidance and help in the process. 

We believe the next 6 months will be EXTREMELY active.
