1. Help and guidance as needed on an hourly basis.
2. Unlimited help.  This service requires a retainer fee up front and a success fee that may or may not be paid by the seller.

As YOUR BUYER AGENT we are working for you and everything we do must be in your best interest.  What does that mean, well we do a variety of things like:

1. Help you get focused on what you are really trying to do and work with you to determine what you can afford to do.  We talk about your experience, skills, gifts and most importantly GOALS.  The more we know the better chance we have to find the RIGHT business.
2. Next we search for a business that fits your criteria.  This search  includes everything from working with brokers in the area to contacting businesses that fit your criteria that are not currently on the market, but the owner is interested in a transition.
3. After we find businesses we will go with you to visit the company, talk with the owners, gather financial and operational information.   During the visit we will be looking for potential problems or areas of concern and help you properly consider these areas.
4. We will give you an honest assessment of how your specific experience, skills, gifts will fit into the business.  We will also see if it can help you reach your GOALS.
5. Once you are ready to make an offer, we will help by providing valuation information, evaluate purchase options, understand financing available and provide a template for making the offer.
6. We will present offer and help you negotiate the deal.  Always working in your best interest.
7. Be with you at closing to make sure no surprises come up.
